This design originated from experimenting with a Mobius strip one day, which led to envisioning it in a staircase-like pattern reminiscent of some of Escher's images. Using this as a foundational concept, the design bears a resemblance to A Different View due to its arrangement of eight squares, each featuring unique designs for the stitcher to place. Hexefoos, integral to Pennsylvania rural art, adorn barns across the areas we explored during our travels through the countryside with our children.
